today finished animation and got the group to playblast what they have done and give feedback on each others work. also getting jared to put them together so we can see what it kinda would look like.

after the feedback started working on the few that needed editing. been trying to make sure all group stuff is submitted that needed to and the other stuff that is needed. plus been looking at what needs to be done and working on schedule.

at the moment the only trouble ive been having most of the time is someone not following my instructions and been doing his own thing. plus been getting other members to do what he wants not what needs to be done first. i have tried to spread out the work and make it so we can finish the project in time. but with him he has been changing that. forcing my hand to get other people to do more work in our own time when we come in so the group can be up to date. sadly its only me and jared that has been doing that as dara and daniel have their own work needing to be finished (which i let them do that on their own time as they have been doing great keeping up with group work as well) so me and jared have been doing all the extra work. (most of the time jared is noted of doing it as i had to work on group submission stuff). i think if we had better communication and that they listen to me (which most of them do) then this will be going much better and we might be even more ahead.

been looking up some background sounds that we could use. found some that might work great
